Genesis is an AI assistant, delivered as a Roblox Studio plugin and a website, that helps you build and edit Roblox experiences. It carries out actions you request inside your Roblox place and returns results and suggestions.
You must be at least 18 years old, or at least 13 with the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use and any payments. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.
You can sign in using Google or Roblox, or with an email and password. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use at support@tessermind.com.
You must not use the Service to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, breach Roblox's terms, attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or circumvent the Service or its limits, resell access, or generate harmful, infringing, deceptive or otherwise prohibited content.
You keep ownership of your games, code and assets. You grant us only the limited licence needed to operate the Service — for example, processing your messages and place data to generate results. How we handle that data is described in our Privacy Policy.
AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected, and similar outputs may be generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing, testing and deciding whether to use anything Genesis produces before relying on it or publishing it. The Service and its output are provided "as is".
The Service relies on third parties, including Roblox, our AI provider (Anthropic), our host (Hetzner) and our payment processor (Stripe). Your use is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their services.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or pose a risk to the Service, other users or third parties. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your non-excludable statutory rights). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or goodwill, and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in that period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the country where you live.
